Chris began his career at Lazard Frères & Co. in New York City as an investment banking analyst working on major, national and international mergers and acquisitions. After graduate school, he joined the turn-around team of a specialty packaging business, co-founded the Intuit Developer Network and was General Partner of a Boston private equity firm. Prior to founding Thayer Partners, Chris was a Senior Portfolio Manager at UBS in Boston, specializing in corporate retirement plans and individual retirement planning.
Chris graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Magna Cum Laude, was in an accelerated doctoral program and studied Modern European History at Oxford. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and graduated from the Wealth Advisor Program at UBS. He lives in Dedham, MA with his wife and two children and serves on his church’s vestry, as well as on several business and charitable boards and committees.
Matthew has spent much of his career in big box retail management and has managed several large stores, including Giant Foods, The Home Depot and Bed Bath & Beyond. Matt recently left his 15-year management career in retail to join Deckman Consulting & Virtual Services. His extensive training and expertise as a merchant providing an extraordinary customer experience has helped him transition smoothly into the financial services industry. He now serves as an analyst for Thayer Partners, LLC.
Matthew studied Business Management at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Although his passion was aquatic ecology, he stayed par for the course in business while maintaining membership in Millersville’s Ocean Science Club. Matthew continues his passion for the outdoors through many means, including holding ownership in a Hunting Club in the mountains of Central Pennsylvania. Matthew lives outside of Philadelphia, PA with his wife and business partner Deborah and their three children.

Deb has nearly 20 years' of experience in retirement planning and investments. For many years, Deb ran her own consulting firm which focused on helping advisors grow their practices through procedure streamlining and optimization.
Deb graduated from the Millersville University of Pennsylvania at the age of 20 and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. She is a member of the DE Forum for Executive Women, serves as the President for a non-profit organization in its 83rd year of operation, and is passionate about giving back to the community. Deb resides outside of Philadelphia, PA with her husband and three children.
She is securities 65 registered and Life and Health Insurance licensed and has a passion for helping her clients plan for financial success.
Lindsay began her career in fiduciary services at State Street Bank where she gained valuable exposure to retirement practices. She then worked for 10 years in non-profit administration largely as a financial administrator for organizations, namely Boston University, Johns Hopkins University, and the World Wildlife Fund, managing large research grants and activity from funding sources such as the National Science Foundation, NASA, the World Bank, and others.
Lindsay studied Environmental Geography at Colgate University and continued on to complete a Masters Degree in Science Education from Boston University. She has a passion for helping people and the environment in identifying the interconnectedness of the two. Her liberal arts education matched with her experience in non-profit management has led her to the team in pursuit of helping people plan for their futures.
Lindsay is a Boston native but currently resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, with her husband and daughter.
